Theresa Kathleen (Martin) Strayer, 38, of Latrobe, died Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at home. She was born May 30, 1978, in Latrobe, a daughter of Robert F. Martin and Judith M. (Germeyer) Martin. She was a nurse and wound specialist at Loyalhanna Care Center and also worked at Mt. View Nursing Center. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Michael W. Strayer; a son, Mason Strayer, at home; a brother, Robert Martin Jr. and his wife Sheri; a niece, Krystalyn Martin; a nephew, Robert Martin III; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. There will be no public visitation. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 13, 2017, at Latrobe United Methodist Church with Pastor Thomas Kennedy officiating.
