Robert David Rudiselle

Robert D. Rudiselle, 80, of Latrobe, died Monday, May 16, 2016, in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. Born Sept. 8, 1935, in Greensburg, he was a son of the late Theodore Edward Rudiselle Sr. and Helen E. (Hall) Rudiselle. He was a retired route salesman for American Linen Supply Co. and also served in the Army. A member of St. Vincent Basilica Parish, he attended St. Benedict's Grade School and St. Vincent Prep School (1949 to 1953) and was a graduate of St. Vincent College (1953 to 1958). In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Louise Fouse; a brother, Theodore Edward Rudiselle Jr.; and a sister, Sister Therese Mary (Anne) Rudiselle, RSM. He is survived by his wife, Carole L. (Ciocchi) Rudiselle; a daughter, Kimberly Fouse, of Latrobe; a sister, Mary Louise Snyczow and her husband, Nicolai, of Marietta; a brother, Maurice (Suzanne), of Reston, Va.; a sister-in-law Carrie Rudiselle; his first wife, Sally Rudiselle; as well as several nieces and nephews. Bob was a loving husband, father and uncle. He had a wonderful disposition and a great sense of humor. He enjoyed playing golf and watching the Steelers and Pirates. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 19, 2016, at FREDERICK FUNERAL HOME INC., 1543 Ligonier St., Latrobe, PA 15650. A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, May 20, 2016, at St. Vincent Basilica. Everyone is asked to go directly to the church.
