Robert E. Nace Sr

Robert E. Nace Sr., 64, of Greensburg, died Sunday, Aug. 8, 2010, at Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. He was born Feb. 25, 1946, in Derry, a son of the late Phillip and Sylvia Dickson Nace. Robert was a retired maintenance technician for Thermal Industries of Murrysville. He enjoyed playing golf and he was also a member of Trauger Fireman's Club. He was an Army veteran. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Sue Ann (Spiriko) Nace; a daughter, Kimberly Ann Nace; a son, Robert E. Nace Jr., both of Pittsburgh; five sisters; two brothers; as well as several nieces and nephews. A memorial gathering of family and friends will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at the FREDERICK FUNERAL HOME INC., 1543 Ligonier St., Latrobe PA 15650. The combined funeral detail of local American Legion and VFW members will provide military honors at 1 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
