Paul E. Brant, 54, of Ligonier died Tuesday, April 14, 2009, in Excela Health Latrobe Hospital. Born July 13, 1954, in Latrobe, he was the son of the late Paul and Catherine Price Brant. He was a retired laborer for Quikcrete. Surviving are a son, Paul R. Brant and his wife, Melissa, of Latrobe; a daughter, Cristal Mitchell and her husband, Jason, of Ligonier; two grandchildren, Stella and Grace; four sisters, Linda Stachak of Latrobe, Nancy Stoffer of North Carolina, June "Tiny" Gallo of Mount Pleasant and Gail Maiolie of New Alexandria, and two beloved dogs, Precious and Prince. There will be no public visitation. Service will be private. Burial will be private.
