Nola Burnetta Fox Reed, 91, of Greensburg, died Friday, Aug. 29, 2008, in Westmoreland Manor, Hempfield Township. Born March 18, 1917, in North Lewellen, Neb., she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Neyman Cranmore. She was a homemaker, and a member of Life Spring Christian Church, Greensburg. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Fox, in 1961; three sons, Floyd Fox, Melvin Fox and Irving Wade; a daughter, Goldie Lyons; and a grandson, Randy Smith. She is survived by a daughter, Burnetta Smith and her husband, Elwood "Whitey," of Greensburg; 11 grandchildren, Yvonne Luft and her husband Robert, Aaron Luft, Jillian Luft, Travis Smith, Rachael Smith, Tammy, Tina, Laura, Carl, Calvin and Vincent Lyons; and a great-grandchild, Madison Rolla. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the FREDERICK FUNERAL HOME INC., 1543 Ligonier St., Latrobe. Service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the funeral home with Pastor Almon Birt officiating. Private burial will take place in Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.
