Nancy L. Pirl

Nancy L. Pirl, 41, of Latrobe passed away Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2012, in Westmoreland Manor, Hempfield Township. Born Nov. 28, 1970, in Jeannette, she was the daughter of Shirley Ann Kennedy Silvis and the late Robert Daniel McCord. Nancy had been employed as jewelry counter attendant for the Latrobe Walmart, Unity Township. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her half brother, David, in 1987. In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sons, Craig Pirl and Benijam Pirl, both of Ligonier; two sisters, Shirley Sabolik and her husband, Travis, of Ligonier and Susan Bashline and her husband, Steve, of Irwin; a boyfriend, Dave Lape of Derry, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Visitation will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2, in Frederick Funeral Home Inc., 1543 Ligonier St., Latrobe.
