Maria Luisa Lopez

Maria Luisa Lopez, 75, of Latrobe, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2025, at home. She was born Dec. 31, 1949, in Larez, Puerto Rico to the late Pedro Lopez and Mercedes Martinez. She was retired from the Phoebe Nursing Home of Allentown, PA where she worked as a Dietitian. Maria loved to sing country music and Kenny Rogers was one of her favorite preformers. She had many favorite foods which she loved to share with family and friends. Among them were Verdura and Bacalao, Arroz con Leche, Sopes de pollo, pepsi, and maltas. Maria is survived by ten children, Carmen Gonzalez, Alberto Gonzalez, Mayra Torres, Daniel Gonzalez, Daisy Caballero, Marilyn Martinez, Jose Ramos, David Ramos, Ivonne Morales, and Maribelle Rios-Ramos; forty-one grandchildren, forty-five great-grandchildren and twenty-three siblings.
