Charles K. Krempasky

Charles K. Krempasky, 95, of Youngstown, Pa., died Tuesday, July 15, 2008, in Excela Health Latrobe Hospital. Born Nov. 4, 1912, in Wickhaven, Czechoslovakia, he was a son of the late Charles and Maria Krempasky. He retired from the inspection lab at Latrobe Steel. Mr. Krempasky was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church, Jednota, White Eagles of Latrobe, and United Steelworkers Local 1537. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Steve and Sam Krempasky; and two sisters, Mary Kelley and Anna Muka. He is survived by his wife, Rose (Kontor) Krempasky; and three sisters, Regina Devanzo, of Wyano, Malvina Drost, of McKeesport, and Helen Podgorsky, of Greensburg. Friends will be received from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the FREDERICK FUNERAL HOME INC., 1543 Ligonier St., Latrobe, followed by a funeral Mass at 11 a.m. in St. John the Evangelist Church, Latrobe, with the Rev.
